(PALO ALTO) -- Facebook is calling it the next "Awesome" idea.  It has to do with health care and a possible partnership with the North Carolina based US Health Care Warranty Exchange.

Matthew Wright founded the non-profit health care warranty exchange. The Public Exchange will be one of the first member-owned Health Care Exchanges in America.

“The goal is to provide millions of people on social networks with instant health care coverage with the simple click of a button," said Wright.   "With this network, members will be able to view medical records, confirm and deny claims and setup appointments with health care providers very easy.”

The Facebook team and Wright have not met yet, but he said Facebook wants to explorer new Markets that can be changed. "This will be a great partnership.”

Inside this exchange, health coverage will no longer be tied to employment and medical coverage will only be offered in the individual consumer market. Democrats and Republicans have endorsed this plan, according to a news release published on Tuesday.

The US Health Care Warranty Exchange is trying to raise $400 million in contributions from citizens across America for the development of the Exchange so it and its five member companies will be operational by 2014. Wright said the $762,050 has already been raised through online donations.
