 Dale Earnhardt Jr. (MOORESVILLE) -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. will have a new boss when the 2008 season rolls around. The sports most popular driver announced on Wednesday that he has signed a deal to make Hendrick Motorsports his new NASCAR home.Owner Rick Hendrick confirmed that Kyle Busch, driver of the number 5 car will leave at the end of this season, making room for Earnhardt. Hendrick and Busch mutually decided to part ways. "We had been working on a contract extension for me to remain at Hendrick Motorsports, but after prolonged negotiations, we mutually agreed that a fresh start was in order. I have been granted a release after the 2007 season," said Busch. There's no decision yet on Junior's Hendrick car number or a sponsor.
