(UPDATE) -- Hendrick Motorsports driver Kyle Busch holds a ninth ranking in the point standings heading into the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard this weekend. Last year he led eight laps and cam in seventh. "I could have been better than that, but you know this year we'll go back there with a better racecar I'm sure and hopefully have a flawless day on pit road and be able to get out of there with about a fifth or maybe even a win," said Busch.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway is rich in history, but Busch tries not to let that detract from the task at hand. "For myself you kind of just have to put that stuff behind you and get down to business and what it's and what it's made out to be and that's to try and win the race." Busch learned this from teammate Jeff Gordon. "Jeff he went there just trying to race the race and try to win, but he's done it four times, so he's one of the best ones there." Gordon is tied for second in Indy's all-time wins.
