(UPDATE) -- Tony Stewart's Brickyard 400 win on Sunday makes him only the third driver this season with multiple Cup Series wins. The other two are Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon. Stewart carried the momentum of a Chicagoland win through the open week and into Sunday's race. "Having that week off, I mean, we got to carry something a week longer than we normally get to," said Stewart.

Sunday's win bumped Stewart up one slot in the standings to fifth. "Seems like this time of year, once we get that first win, they come right after each other."

Stewart traditionally does well when the second half of the season rolls around. This has points leader Jeff Gordon concerned. "We gotta get into the winner's circle some more here too, before the Chase starts to get, ya know... kind of stop some of the momentum of that 20 team," said Gordon.

Moving forward, Gordon is going after more than just good finishes, he wants more wins. "We can afford to lose some points by taking some bigger risks and possibly gettin' those bonus points."
