It is literally a monster that is so big it holds a full sized race car in its hand.

If this is not intimidating enough, Greg Biffle said the tough, concrete track keeps drivers humble. "Unforgiving would be a word to use," said Biffle.

The 11th ranked NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver said the banked straightaways will bite you. "So, if your car gets away from you, you're cremating the inside wall similar to Darlington." Biffle won at Dover in the spring of 2005 and has finished in the top-10 in five of the last six Dover races.

Second ranked Jeff Burton said drivers feel every inch of the Monster Mile. "Some places don't feel fast, but that place feels real fast, and obviously you don't have any small wrecks there. They're always big. They always tear a lot of stuff up," said Burton.

The 400 at Dover is Sunday afternoon.
