(RALEIGH) - Seth Davis of CBS Sports and a former Duke basketball player has tweeted that former Blue Devils guard Phil Henderson has died in the Philippines.

Henderson, 44, played at Duke from 1986-1990 and was a two-year starter who participated in three Final Fours. In his last college game, the 1990 national final, he had 21 points and six rebounds in a 30-point loss to UNLV. He scored 17 of his 28 points in the second half of a semifinal win against Arkansas and averaged 21.7 points in six NCAA tournament games that year.
