COATS,  – Authorities have identified who fell to his death working on cell tower Monday in Harnett County.  49-year-old John Dailey of Silvester, Ga., was working on the tower in Coats when the incident happened shortly after 5 p.m. Monday evening.

Officials said Dailey was 200 feet from the ground when he lost his balance while attempting to hook a carabiner on his safety harness to the tower.

Dailey was an employee of Transmit PM LLC of Duxbury, Mass.
