RALEIGH - Voter fraud was just one of the many buzz terms in recent discussions about the new Voter ID laws in North Carolina.

North Carolina Democratic Senator Kay Hagan has publicly supported the Justice Department challenging the Voter ID law and added that voter fraud has been relatively nonexistent in the last decade.

"The North Carolina Board of Elections has stated that there are two instances of voter fraud where voter impersonation has taken place in the last ten years."

Among other hot-button topics, addressing Obamacare, Hagan reiterated that any small business that employs less than 50 people will not be affected.
