RALEIGH - While working on the state's Archives building, a worker with the North Carolina Department of Administration was injured and was taken to Wake Med.

Capitol police are investigating the accident and it is not yet clear whether the accident was caused by a piece of equipment falling on the worker or if his hydraulic scaffold collapsed under him.

This accident comes less than a month after three workers were killed in a scaffolding accident in downtown Raleigh.
