DURHAM -- A Duke University Political Science Professor says the 2016 election is not the best opportunity for Vice-President Joe Biden to win the White House.

John Aldridch says Biden could be the "best president never elected"

"In terms of timing he is just so far behind Hillary Clinton in gathering up supporters, people giving him money and backers of various kinds."

Aldrich points out Biden's best chance to win was back in 1988, but a scandal cost him.
