Virginia Arrest Ends Amber Alert |

(BLACKSBURG, VA) -- A four year old boy who was the subject of an AMBER Alert in North Carolina has been found. Colin Custer and his alleged abductor, 45 year old Robert William Custer II, were located in Blacksburg, VA around 6pm Monday. Officials confirmed that Custer is Colin’s father. Custer was arrested by US Marshals and Virginia State police. The boy was unharmed, according to authorities.
