RALEIGH -- Glitches dominate the conversation in Washington with the roll out of healthcare.gov seeing issues. Republican House Representative Renee Ellmers represents North Carolina's 2nd Congressional district, and she says that no one has a firm grasp of how to fix the problems.

Ellmers said, "My understanding is the Obama administration has put forward a six-week delay now, because the website is such a failure. We're talking with the contractors that put these website items together, and they really don't understand what has happened either."

In the days leading up to the partial government shutdown, Ellmers was very outspoken in her thoughts that Obamacre implementation should be delayed.
