RALEIGH -- To avoid the hassle of booking a vacation, some people are turning to travel agents--- realizing a little extra cost may be worth it. Pam Seagle, a travel agent at Travel Leaders in High Point, says that agents offer a service that you won't get if you book online.

Seagle added, "What do you do if you're delayed, if you are standing in line with a hundred people in front of you and you've booked on travelocity, you stand in line. If you booked with a travel agent you stand in line and you pick up your cell phone and call us and we put you on the next seat and maybe there are five people who will get on that plane and because you called us on the phone we get you on that plane."

Seagle says travels agents are constantly watching your back to get you to where you need to be.
